TERMS & CONDITIONS

Equipment Usage

All rental equipment must be used for its intended purpose only.

• Equipment must always be supervised by an adult

• No climbing on tents or frames

• No misuse, overloading, or tampering with machines

• No sharp objects near inflatables or tents

Premier Yard Rentals has the right to remove equipment immediately if it is being used unsafely.

Responsibility for Equipment

The client is responsible for all equipment once it is delivered and/or set up until it is retrieved by Premier Yard Rentals.

This includes responsibility for:

• Damage

• Missing pieces

• Theft

• Excessive cleaning

• Misuse

Any damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.

Delivery & Setup

The client must provide a safe, accessible, and clear area for setup.

Premier Yard Rentals is not responsible for:

• Delays due to unsafe conditions

• Lack of space

• Obstacles such as fences, furniture, debris, or pets

If the area is deemed unsafe, Premier Yard Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify the setup.

Weather Conditions

In severe weather (including heavy rain, high winds, or thunderstorms), Premier Yard Rentals may:

• Delay setup

• Modify the rental

• Cancel for safety

Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge (subject to availability).

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the event may result in loss of deposit

• Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future date (one time, within 60 days)

Liability

Premier Yard Rentals is not responsible for injuries or damages that occur during the rental period. The client assumes all risk for anyone using the rented equipment.

By booking, the client agrees to release and hold harmless Premier Yard Rentals from any related claims.
