Purpose

This document serves as an overview of Premier Yard Rentals’ general rental terms and expectations. A formal agreement will be issued upon acceptance of an official quote.

 

Use of Equipment

All rental equipment must be used for its intended purpose only and must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Clients agree not to move, modify, or tamper with any equipment after it has been set up.

 

Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery and/or setup until the items are properly returned or retrieved by Premier Yard Rentals.

This includes responsibility for:

• Damage
   

• Theft
   

• Misuse
   

• Loss of items or parts
   

 

Delivery & Setup

Delivery and setup will be scheduled and confirmed after booking. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the delivery and setup area is:

• Safe
   

• Clear of debris or obstacles
   

• Accessible
   

• Suitable for the rented equipment
   

Premier Yard Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify setup if conditions are unsafe.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to a cancellation fee and/or loss of deposit. Weather-related issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 

Liability

Premier Yard Rentals is not liable for any personal injury, accident, or property damage that may occur during the use of rental equipment.

The renter agrees to assume all responsibility for the safety of all individuals present while the rented equipment is in use.
