PREMIER YARD RENTALS

Delivery & Pick-Up Information 

This document outlines the general process, expectations, and terms for delivery, setup, and pick-up of all rental items provided by Premier Yard Rentals.

A separate, signed rental agreement will be provided once a quote has been accepted and confirmed.

Delivery Overview

• All deliveries are scheduled in time windows, not exact arrival times

• The client must ensure someone 18 years or older is present to receive the items

• All payments must be fully completed before delivery

• Delivery location must be accessible for our vehicle and equipment

• Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather/traffic conditions

Premier Yard Rentals will communicate any delays, changes, or issues prior to arrival whenever possible.

 

Set-Up Requirements

To ensure safe and professional installation, the setup area must be:

​

• Flat and level

• Free of debris, furniture, toys, branches, or sharp objects

• Clean (no pet waste, mud, or standing water)

• Accessible with a clear path to the setup area

• Safe for electrical equipment (if applicable)

If the area is not prepared properly upon arrival, Premier Yard Rentals reserves the right to:

​

• Delay the setup

• Adjust the setup area

• Cancel the setup entirely for safety reasons

​

In some cases, a rescheduling or service fee may apply.

 

Power Access (For Certain Equipment)

Some equipment such as concession machines or inflatables may require a power source.

​

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

​

• A working outdoor outlet is available within reasonable distance

• The outlet can handle the power needed for the equipment

• Additional extension cords or generators may be required (additional fees apply)

​

Premier Yard Rentals is not responsible for power failures or unavailable outlets during the rental time.

 

During the Event

Once the equipment is set up:

​

• It must not be moved

• It must be used for its intended purpose only

• Children must be supervised at all times

• No open flames or grills near tents or machines

• No climbing on frames, tent poles, or structures

• Food and liquids must be kept away from electronic components

​

The renter is responsible for all items during the rental period.

 

Pick-Up Overview

Equipment will be collected at the scheduled pick-up time window.

Clients must ensure:

​

• All personal items have been removed from the rentals

• Equipment is easily accessible

• No additional items are placed on or in the rentals

• The area is safe for retrieval

​

Clients must not dismantle tents or equipment unless instructed to do so by Premier Yard Rentals.

​

Additional charges may apply if:

​

• Equipment is excessively dirty

• Items are damaged or missing

• Equipment is blocked or difficult to access

• Items are not ready for pick-up

 

Weather & Safety

In the case of severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds, thunderstorms, unsafe ground conditions), Premier Yard Rentals may:

​

• Delay pick-up or delivery

• Modify the rental

• Cancel for safety

• Reschedule services

​

Safety always takes priority.

 

Final Notice

By proceeding with a rental, the client acknowledges and agrees to follow all delivery and pick-up requirements stated above. These guidelines exist to ensure a smooth, safe, and professional experience for all parties.
